WHOLESALE TERMS 2024
PAYMENT + ORDERING
First wholesale order minimum: $240. Subsequent order minimums: $120.
We take payment before shipment via credit card or Venmo (@Hannah-Burr-1) We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Please send us your order request via email to [email protected]. Please include in your message a purchase order number if you have one, your preferred payment and shipment methods, and any needs around the timeframe. Please include the best phone number to reach you, we will send you an invoice to process the payment, and then ship out the order.
Qualifying institutions in good standing who’ve been approved may be granted Net 30 terms. To request terms, please email us at [email protected] and include your TaxID number in the email.
Please note that for every week beyond Net 30 a payment is late, we charge a 10% late fee on the full order amount.
SHIPPING + INSURANCE
Orders of $500 or more ship free!
We ship USPS Ground Advantage unless you specify another shipment preference. We are happy to accommodate your preferences wherever we reasonably can.
We ship within the week of receiving payment and all needed order information, unless we have communicated other details with you, and sooner wherever possible. Please feel free to check in with any questions or clarifications at any time!
The cost of shipment is calculated into the invoice total.
The invoice is provided via email and as a hard copy with the shipment.
Insurance is included in Ground Advantage shipments. If shipping via UPS with your account number, insurance will be UPS’s default, unless you specify additional insurance with them.
MATERIALS + PACKAGING
The books are individually inspected, and are wrapped and cushioned to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. All pack materials are reused and recyclable where possible.
These books are frequent impulse buys. We strongly recommend displaying them as gift items, in stacks or near the register. Because the concept is clear and resonant in the first moments of opening one, books get purchased in multiples often.
If you do find you’ve handled a white book with smudgy fingers, a new white eraser or white eraser sponge tends to remove these types of mars (Test the eraser somewhere other than on the product first to be sure it’s clean).
