I sketched out color pathways in the landscape of a seaside park with a basketball court at its center using prepared, found materials including colored powder, paint-coated stones, rubber bracelets and tangled lengths of plastic. It was an exhausting 16 hour experiment in visual patterning, scale, and diplomacy with regular park users that helped develop other projects and yielded some fine photographs and conversations.
